Molecular Biology Platform
Based at the Arcachon site and attached to the EA and ECOBIOC teams, the Molecular Biology platform’s mission is to support environmental research, particularly researches that aimed at assessing the impact of human activity on aquatic ecosystems.
Thanks to its scientific and technical skills in molecular biology, the platform is involved in a number of fields: taxonomy, genotyping, environmental DNA, epigenetics and transcriptomics. The platform is open to external partners (public or private) on request, and offers training courses, equipment and services.
